Purchase terms & customer agreement

1. What you are buying

NoodGuessr offers optional digital gameplay powers for a specific challenge. They are not physical goods, cryptocurrency, TON, or a transferable balance. Free play remains available without a purchase.

• Power Start makes the first two navigation clicks on the covered challenge not count toward the submitted score.
• Double Down changes the displayed prize amount for one covered attempt if that attempt succeeds and remains eligible under the game rules.

Each purchase is challenge-bound and may be used only once as shown in the purchase flow. It cannot be moved to another challenge or account.

2. Price and agreement

Purchases use Telegram Stars, not TON. The current catalog lists Power Start at 75 Stars and Double Down at 150 Stars. Those are current settings, not a promise that future prices will stay the same.

Before checkout, NoodGuessr identifies the product and challenge and asks you to agree to the displayed terms version. Check the Stars price and product in the Telegram invoice before approving it. Once created, the purchase keeps its recorded price and terms version even if the catalog later changes. Do not approve the invoice if its details are not what you expect.

3. Confirmation, delivery, and interruptions

A Telegram invoice response alone does not activate a power. NoodGuessr activates it only after the server confirms the successful payment and the purchase matches the verified owner and challenge.

If checkout or confirmation is interrupted, use the existing purchase recovery action for the same challenge. Recovery checks the recorded purchase and may reopen the same unsettled invoice; it does not create another purchase. Do not pay again merely because the app closed, timed out, or lost its response.

4. Scores, eligibility, and prizes

Buying a power does not guarantee that a score will be saved or validated, that an attempt will be eligible, or that a prize will be earned. Existing NoodGuessr game, verification, fair-play, wallet, challenge, and prize rules continue to apply.

If an eligible Telegram player earns a prize, the award remains denominated in USDC. Payment is made manually in TON using an operator-recorded delivery-day conversion rate. NoodGuessr calculates the TON amount from that rate and covers the network fees for sending the prize.

5. Problems and refund requests

Contact NoodGuessr through the form below for an undelivered power, a duplicate charge, an incorrect charge, or a refund request. Include the purchase ID when available. NoodGuessr will review the purchase record and, where appropriate, issue a refund through Telegram Stars.

A request does not automatically reset an entitlement. A power already consumed in an attempt is not restored by a refund or support review. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

Telegram support cannot investigate or resolve NoodGuessr purchase delivery, entitlement, or game-state issues. Use the NoodGuessr support form below.
